Bethesda, MD based Global Medical REIT (NYSE: GMR) has selected Etkin as the full-service property management and leasing company for its recently acquired medical building campus in Toledo, OH known as the Regency Court Medical Campus. The facility is conveniently located at off Talmadge Road with easy access to I-475 and US-23.

Strategically located Northwest Toledo, the three building, 110,000 square foot campus offers a range of services including radiology/Imaging, surgery center, physical therapy and is home to both University of Toledo Physicians and the Toledo Clinic.
