Novi Orthopedic Center
In 2007, a local physician group, along with their project manager, was developing and constructing a new 63,000 square foot medical office building with Acute Surgery Center on the Providence Park Hospital campus in Novi, Michigan. After a comprehensive selection and interview process, Etkin was proudly selected as property manager.
Our team closely worked with the landlord’s contractor for turn-over and construction close-out. Additionally, Etkin worked through ownership changes as the property sold twice during our tenure.
Action:
- Developed operating budget and CAM estimates for tenant occupancy and rent payment
- Set up policies and procedures for efficient operations
- Quarterbacked a proactive, comprehensive leasing and marketing program
- Worked closely with owner and tenants on space needs and issues
- Worked closely with vendors and contractors to resolve building issues
- Facilitated transfer of ownership through two ownership changes
Results:
- Provided a stable environment for ownership to maximize value upon sale
- Created a professional environment in which the tenants could flourish
